That time my friend's artwork forced me to put a dog in my book. 😅

One of my incredible friends is not only a fan of my work but a deeply talented artist and when I was looking for some concept art for my Collywobbles universe, she was naturally the first person I reached out to. I gave her some basic ideas of Collywobbles before the novel dropped and she delivered with a wonderful piece of art that I will love forever.

The only issue was that I never mentioned anything about a dog, but as a parent to two furbabies she of course had to put her love into her work and honestly I couldn't be more pleased. The concept spurred me to give my main character from Collywobbles a canine friend and thus Kierkegaard the doggo was born! After all, every anti-intrepid semi-hero needs a companion to stand with them against the nightmarish forces of cosmic indifference!
